Welcome to the Caroline Pistole State Farm Agent office! Since opening my office in 1990, I have been honored to serve Franklin, Brentwood, and all of Middle Tennessee with personalized insurance service. Beyond insurance, a strong sense of community has always been important to me. My oldest daughter, Elizabeth, was inspired by her younger sister, Natalie, who has Down syndrome, to create The Dancing Divas and Dudes, a nationally recognized dance team for individuals with special needs. I am proud to serve as a board member for this incredible organization, which empowers individuals to gain confidence, friendships, and opportunities through dance. Our office is also a proud supporter of BestBuddies, a nonprofit that promotes inclusion and lifelong friendships for people with disabilities.

My family and I have called Franklin home for over 20 years, and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. My husband, a retired UPS pilot, and I have raised three wonderful children here. My son, a dedicated and driven student, earned the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout and is now in college, continuing to build on the leadership skills he developed through scouting. Elizabeth plays a key role in our office as the office manager, making sure our customers receive outstanding service. Watching my kids grow and pursue their passions—whether through education, advocacy, or new opportunities—has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
