When I get letters I don’t understand, she interprets it for me and explains everything in such a knowledgeable way. Cindy always answers the phone immediately or calls me back within an hour or so and always makes me feel very important. I have decided to bundle car and homeowners insurance because I only want to work with her due to her superior customer service and don’t want to deal with other companies when I have already found the best customer service. "These people had called my wife telling her my license was suspended when she put me on her policy. Wrong-O underwriters. They did a poor job of researching. The same day I went down to the dmv. They told me and printed of the paperwork showing it clearly was not suspended. This office has caused so much BS from one little slip up. Just unreal.
